Hi there!
I'm Belinda, the editor of the HP Lexicon's Guide to Jo's official

If you are unable to pick things up and move them, I suspect you've 
entered the Accessibility Enabled Version of the site.  That version 
is designed for folks who use assistive technology like screen 
readers, and keyboard controls instead of the mouse. (That's why you 
can't move things. =)

Try entering the site through one of the language choice flags 
(Britsh for English).  If that doesn't solve your problem, please 
write again! I'll be happy to answer any questions for you.
