Warning: Adults Only - Dan Radcliffe - 2nd Thoughts

I've had time to contemplate this photo, no not that way,
but I can't help wondering if this photo is either 
Unauthorized or a fake/Photoshopped version? (as others
have also pointed out)

I am considering bringing it to the attention of either
the Theater where the play is staged and/or bringing
it to the attention of DanRadcliffe.com and 
DanRadcliffe.co.uk. Neither of these site would ever
publish this, but I get that sense that to some
extent Dan officially endorse them. That means they
have some way to contact representatives of Dan, and
those representatives could determine the nature and 
appropriateness of these images and take appropriate
action if necessary.

Does anyone know who Dan's Agent is? I don't recall
seeing that information anywhere.

What do other think, should I contact someone and
make sure they are aware that this photo exists, or
should I just let it ride, and does anyone know the
most appropriate person to contact in this regard?

By the way, I found this by searching Google-News for
'Daniel Radcliffe', right now it comes up first on the
list. That means a lot of people could be exposed to 
this. Initially, I assumed it was simply an unedited
version of the Equus photos we have all seen. It's
just that this site had no qualms about publishing it
whereas other site thought it more appropriate to 
only publish the edited versions.

I'm open to suggestions as to the best way to respond.
