Snape's birthday...will she or won't she?

And she never wished Happy Birthday to DD. Maybe because she doesn't 
want us to know when it is, OR my theory that because of who is really 
is, he doesn't have one.

As to Snape. If he survives, which the birthday list theory suggest, 
but we really don't know for sure, but if he is still around... I will 
bet that he never serves any time in Askaban. I think the dememtors 
will die with LV for one thing. And the other is that Snape will be 
seen as the hero that he is.
