Others have mentioned stating internal conflict and feeling uncomfortable while maintaining as nuetral a stance on mangagement as possible.
I would also encourage you to research the organizations you are interested in. Be familiar with their Mission Statement. Mention how your work style/ethic seems to gel with the philosphy of the company. If the Mission Statement is weak, find something else that's great about the company. Be authentic. While organizations, like individuals, enjoy hearing how awesome they are, they recognize when sunshine is being blown.
