Lee:
I have a friend who had a British co-worker who called that garment
with long legs on it "Striders." What be the dif between striders and
trousers?
Geoff:
Well, as a UK English native speaker, I've never heard of Striders.....
Blue Dragon:
I'm Australian, and men's trousers here have been known as "strides".
This may not necessarily be the case nowadays, but I remember my
brother calling them "strides" several years ago.
