[Lee]:
Don't Get Me Started!!!!! I don't even bother trying to find a DVS facility
any more because the movie I might be interested in is *Never* in the
theater of those multiplexes which has the DVS. To me, that's seems
discriminatory and I find that very sad in this day and age. Anyway, I
usually go with my sweetheart who fills in what I'm lacking (which usually
isn't very much.) So far, the movie that gave me the most difficult time as
far as knowing what was going on was GOF, so I got the DVS VHS...they don't
have the Potter movies with descriptive on DVD, too bad.

Anyway, Sherry, I feel your pain and find the "token DVS installation" thing
to be almost as bad as not having it at all, IMHO.

Good luck on finding an empathetic OOTP Companion.

Cheers,

Sherry:

I've spent my life going to movies without description and have loved movies
all my life. but my friend is younger and is used to DVS. She moved out
here from Ohio, and had three theaters with description there. Her theaters
back there always showed the top movies with description if it was
available, and she thinks they will probably all have the HP movie. She's
amazed that she moved to Northern California, and nowhere will show it, till
it isn't popular anymore. it's so sad for her.

Sherry
