Dr. Philip Nel, who used to host discussions here on HPfGU way back
when, is interviewed on NPR for a story about the 50th anniversary of
Dr. Seuss's The Cat in the Hat. There is also a lengthy excerpt of his
new book, The Annotated Cat, posted on the NPR website.

A couple of years ago Dr. Nel gave a lecture here at the Austin Museum
of Art in conjunction with a Dr. Seuss exhibit - I'd highly recommend
going to hear him if you get a chance, even if he is not talking about
Harry Potter. :-)
I was just thinking - Dr. Nel is the only HPfGU member I've met in
person, that I know of.
