Here's the thing, and I'm sure you know this, there have
been 9 Doctor Who's. The first one was very old, the 
second one was not quite so old. At this point the
writers came up with the idea that with each new 
transformation or regeneration of Doctor Who, he would 
get younger. The current Doctor Who is in his early 
30's. That means the next one should be in his middle
20's. In about 5 years when the current Doctor Who is
ready to regenerate, Rupert should be about the right
age.

Personally, I can't wait to see the regeneration where
Doctor Who comes back at age 16.

It was just an idea.
