That's the one where you have to wait for the fly to land on the 
window.  Click and hold on it, and it becomes a key which you can 
drag over to the keyhole to unlock the door.  

Then you have to assemble the Deathly Hallows symbol in a certain 
order on top of the Wombat test (it worked for me if I did it just 
below the picture of the wombat).  When you get it right, it will 
sparkle.  Click on it, and the test will rise up off the desk for you 
to take it.
