A variation on the above version - same ingrediants, but  a) I use a
whole orange instead of zest and b) I use my food processor to mix &
chop the items together and c) then I put it in the frig for several
hours (no cooking)

very refreshing, zesty and tasty.  Tastes even better the next day.
