When I was in NYC in 1995, I couldn't find a restaurant that served
real Mexican food (Sonoran-style enchiladas, for example). I went to a
Tequila Mockingbird, which in those days was a restaurant chain (not
exactly authentic, but more so than, say, Taco Bell), but it turned
out to be a bar even though the logo was exactly the same as that for
the restaurant. (Couldn't find decent Mexican food in North Carolina,
either, when I lived there in the early seventies.)
