I think Burger King does now have a veggie burger on its menu. So my
mother told me. I tried to verify this on the Burger King website but
their site and my computer do not want to be friends. Wikipedia's
article on BK claims they have one, though. Actually, Wikipedia has a
page *for* the BK Veggie, which surprised me:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BK_Veggie

But, yeah, fast food restaurants in the US are not all that interested
in catering to the vegetarian.
