bboyminn;

It's probably not much of a problem within the bounds
of the UK+Ireland. But it is common to include country
for international mail.

So...

London, England SW1A 0AA

becomes ...

London, England, UK, SW1A 0AA

Hilton Hotel
22 Park Lane
London, United Kingdom, W1K 1BE

I think reasonably the actual country (England, Wales,
North Ireland) is probably optional. 'United Kingdom'
will get it into the country, and the postal code
will take over from there.

Just a thought.
