Given that JKR said she discovered (to her horror) that the charts she 
had made lined up exactly with Nazi charts: based on that, they would 
still be considered halfblood* (as we're told several times that a 
muggleborn is considered the same as a muggle, so being magical doesn't 
matter for that), but their own children (if with a pureblood) would be 
considered pureblood.

* While a distinction is drawn between two different "degrees" in the 
Nazi worldview, we're not given any term other than "halfblood" in canon
