I knew that would come up.  A hot toddy is the same thing on this side
of the pond, but a Toddy coffee is something else altogether.  I
looked it up on Wikipedia:

A hot toddy is great, too, especially when the hot water is replaced
with hot apple cider, but that wasn't what I meant.  Besides, I think
hot toddies make lousy summer drinks. :)
