My point of view exactly! The Web Lexicon is a great resource, and a 
print book with similar organization and usability would be a fine 
addition to my bookshelf.

So would a future Rowling encyclopedia, *especially* if she writes it 
as she has hinted she will, with additional background information and 
information about discarded ideas from her notes. I don't even see how 
Van der Ark's book could be seen as competing with such a book. 

Which is no guarantee the law sees it my way. <g> Here's hoping for a 
fair legal process and graceful acceptance of it by all parties.
