The second part of the quote above, starting with "However, remember..."
should have been attributed to nrenka.

Perhaps it would be better to say, "informed one part of the court's
determination of PRIMA FACIE infringement.

given name, Kaiwen. CJ are my English initials (well, two out of five of
them, anyway).
