First off you haven't provided   enough information to be able to answer
your question.  What software are you using to read the list (IE: Internet
Explorer / Firefox / Email client)?

Your computer has probably had some of the display settings changed.  If
you want to change the options on your computer we need to know what
software you are using, so that the right instructions can be given.
