Well, yes of course. I do not think somebody will go to therapy just 
because somebody has money.  I think somebody will go if somebody is 
depressed or has other things that he or she hopes therapy will help 
with.

What I am saying that the generalisation can be valid enough even in 
a sense that somebody will not go to therapy even if somebody is 
depressed or has other psychological problems.
