Yearly TV Licence? ...Really?

I am more than happy that Brits pay a fee for TV since it means that 
in a few years, I get to see the same shows for free.

Well, not really. I have to pay incredible cable fees which still has 
commercials. And as much as I like PBS--I have to put up with 
periodic pledge breaks.

But I do enjoy the British shows!
