The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV was a secret bunker 
place in case of nuclear war in the Cold War era.  The east wing of 
the White House is rumored to have a place that can withstand nuclear 
bombs & was mentioned in Richard Clarke's book "Against All Enemies".
