Kemper now:
I didn't appreciate their interactions with the Muggles... kind of
dickish, but I suppose that keeps them in character as she wrote them
so I really shouldn't complain. :)

On a similar note:  I was thrown out of the story when the police
listed no helmets as a violation.  Were their helmet laws in the UK
circa 1977?

I wonder how many of the authors wrote a rough draft before writing on
the card.  I hope none of them did.

That was my impression as well.  However, they didn't seem to feel as
though the police were in that much peril.
