Carol responds:

Leaky can be hard to navigate; I find its search engine to be less
than helpful. I did find the article again by clicking on the
"companion books" link at the top of the latest RDR vs. JKR article.
It's about the third or fourth article on that page.

However, it's probably easier just to go directly to the articles.

Carol, who read RDR's lawyers' arguments (most but not all of which I
agree with) and will read JKR's lawyers' side's testimony but intends
to stay out of any further discussion of the case
