That's the best point of all, Churches are to stay out of government and
government out of churches.
NO ONE EVER stated that churches should have to perform same-sex-marriage's.
I am a Married Atheist, we were married by a mayor in a town meeting room.
99.9% of Homosexual's, would be more than happy to have that right.
Why is it, that so many religious people act like same-sex-marriage is going
infringe their rights?
Why is it, they think it will affect them in any way?
It won't.

I agree. But then, Prop 8 doesn't force churches to do anything and
some people claimed that it did to make religious people vote for it.
Churches all get to decide their own conditions for marriage, and
they also are allowed to have their own beliefs of right and wrong.
They can believe homosxuality is wrong--they can also believe inter-
racial relationships are wrong, that certain races are inferior, etc.
