Aren't there more Muslims than Anglicans in Africa? Even if only
counting sub-Saharan Africa?

Really? I believe I know more lesbians who have children than
heterosexual married women who have children. (Of course, that may be
because having children quickly turns them into heterosexual divorced
women.)
