Hi Susan,
great idea! I've made the same tour that you are plannning, you can see

The Cloister of Gloucester Cathedral simply takes your breath away but
please, don't forget Lacock Abbey with the beautiful Prof. Snape's potion
classroom: it's near Castle Combe, the lovely village who someone has
already suggested.
