Carol responds:
Twelfth Night breakfast? I'm confused. Twelfth Night would end at
midnight, January 5/6, wouldn't it, as the Twelfth Day/Night (January
5) changed to Epiphany (January 6)? Or does she consider Twelfth Night
as ending at sunrise on January 6 (Epiphany)? Either way, she seems to
be celebrating Twelfth Night after it's over. Either that, or it's a
Twelfth *Day* breakfast.
Carol, who is never quite sure whether the Twelve Days of Christmas
begin on Christmas Day itself (December 25), Christmas Night (sunset,
December 25), or Boxing Day/St. Stephen's Day (December 26)
