With respect, that is the temperature setting on the boiler, not the
thermostat system on the lounge wall. I am talking about the
temperature of the water circulating in the pipes. The manufacturers
actually recommend 80 C in winter and 65 C in the summer with only
the water switched in.
I wouldn't want to take a bath at 58 F. When the seawater here gets to
about 65 F, it is just about tolerable for swimming.
