Geoff:
Instead of jumping up and down screaming "It is, it is!" in the hope 
that if you say it enough, we will believe you, two actions on your 
part would solve the problem.

(1) Give the source of this quote from Shakespeare. Play/Act/Scene.

(2) Confirm that the good judge DID indicate that this was a quote from 
Shakespeare and that you didn't just jump to conclusions that that was 
from where she got it. 

That would solve all the problems at one fell swoop.

In passing, I have checked a lot of source references and, also speaking 
as a UK native who did a lot o Shakespeare at school, I agree with Magpie 
and Kemper and the others - it ain't the Bard.
