Thanks, Lee! I actually did our work schedule for this week and purposely gave myself an afternoon shift. It was a trade off so I could have tomorrow off before everyone from work arrives here for a BBQ. I wanted time to make the ice cream beforehand. I have an old, hand-crank ice cream freezer and it takes upwards of an hour for each batch of ice cream. I did the peanut butter fudge one yesterday and will make the raspberry tomorrow. 

*hides cake from husband so I can have it all to myself* :D

I've let them know at work that Amanda will be here and I think we'll be able to work something out so that I have most of the weekend off. I don't mind if they give me lots of hours during the week if can accommodate days off in row after that. :)
