Oh goodness, how could I have forgotten David Weber...? Although the brand new Honor Harrington book is a huge disappointment. (Although I had NOT known that he planned to kill HH off...I DID notice the similarities to Nelson -- particularly lost eye and arm..but I didn't make the logical conclusion that that meant she would die in the arms of her flag captain...anyway, he's changed his mind)...
