We don't see him docking points from Crabbe and Goyle, not even calling them 'idiot boy!' or 'disgrace to Slytherin!', which we can take as an example of favoritism to Slytherin.

Altho' in my fanfic, I made Draco so good at Potions that he pulled not only his lab partner Pansy but also the team of Vince and Greg through all their lab exercises in the classroom, and they copied all their homework from Millicent.
