"Freshman" Americanisms & Britishisms

The term freshman IS used in England, but ONLY at university level and 
even there usually the non sexist word "Fresher" is used in its place.
Freshman is NOT a term used in schools (nor sophomore, junior or senior, although the terms juniors and senior may be used in a loose sense to refer to younger or older students.
