Tonks:

OK.. a spead on bread. I will try it. The Treacle is in a can and does say pudding. Do I just open and eat or warm it up or put something on it. How would you serve it? 

And thanks for the picture of the Marmite. Yes, that is it. It sounds a bit... well, forgive me, odd. Yeast and some kind of vegs? Is it any good? Is there a lot of yeast? Might trigger a migraine. I might pass on that one. Let you know how I like the rest. Thanks.
