halloween costumes

Hey everybody
I was wondering if I could get some suggestions. My thirteen year old daughter has decided that for halloween she wants to be Arnold, yes the pigmy puff. I have absolutly no clue how to make her a costume for this. So I was wondering if any one had any ideas, I know there is no place I could buy one and my sewing is pretty rough. I do knit but I wouldnt even know where to start and I doubt I would have enough time to knit something. So that's it thanks for any tips.
