Carol responds:

Whereas I have to call customers "clients" when I'm working with A-1 Editing! Everything's a euphemism. And has anyone noticed that car dealers and similar businesses no longer have sales! Nope, it's always an "event." Why, why, why can't we call a spade a spade instead of a garden implement?
