Exactly what is it your are trying to do? Are you ripping Audio CD's to Digital files? Copying Data CD's? 

I think we need a few more details. There are plenty of free programs that will rip audio files to your computer, then you can simply burn them to a new CD, and there are free programs to do that.

But until we know exactly what you are trying to do, it is hard to make a recommendation.
