Well, when I tried to change to "English US" (which I don't know what the
difference would be between UK and US)  I got this page message:
An error occurred while processing your request.

The link for submitting email doesn't seem to do anything.  Just tried at
7:00 PM Eastern Time US.  It was my fourth try and I tried to use both
Explorer and Firefox.
