"Snacks of Doom" Hmmmmm. That topic got me thinking and creating my own list. Grab a small handful of Ghirardelli chocolate chips - mix with a spoonful of peanut butter - pop in mouth, but do not eat. THEN - take a can of whipped cream and squirt a mouthful into your mouth. Mush everything together. Chew. Swallow. Repeat as needed. Yyyyuuuuummmmmyyyy. Peanut butter and bananas. Toast a slice of bread. Butter it. Sprinkle cinammin sugar on top. Slice an apple into chunks. Wrap the chunks in unfrozen pie crust dough. (You can get this at the market ready-to-go) Bake it until the crust is done. Serve with cream cheese. (I actually think I'm going to make some of these tonight for dessert.) Fresh Irish soda bread. Speaking of Irish things (see - I did it again - moved the topic of conversation gradually to the subject that I REALLY wanted to cover), Bart and I are heading to Ireland for a vacation at the end of April. Yes, it was rather a last minute, spontaneous decision, but we're so excited! My dad wants us to go to cemetaries to look for our relatives.
