Texas in August

Meeting to see the movie is a great idea!  If I'm still in Texas then 
I'll make an effort to make it down there or across to there, I might 
be moving to a different part of Texas which really doesn't matter 
b/c I might be in Bard, Mass, just for the school year.  My mom 
doesn't want me to go though so I'm just waiting and seeing, first 
things first I got to send in my info and then hopefully get 
accepted.  Well anyways, are Texas summers really horrid?  I come 
from the Northwest and moved down here at the end of the last summer 
so missed it.
