Hi Lyda,

Thanks for joining us! We have just gotten started planning, so you haven't 
missed anything.  We did hold a couple of polls to determine when and where 
most of us wanted to meet and it looks like Austin in November won.  We 
haven't made any definite plans so far.  

I'm looking for volunteers to help with phone calls to hotels for group rates 
and for ideas of things we can do in addition to seeing the movie and talking 
HP (and places where we can eat and/or drink while talking HP).
