Dallas - Release Party

Just got off the phone with Borders in Old Town (Lovers & 
Greenville).  They are having a release party on Friday for OotP.  It 
starts at 10:00 p.m. and there will be several activities, most of 
them for kids.  They will be doing a reading of the last chapter of 
GoF at 11:30 p.m.  They've ordered 1,200 books and already have 1,000 
reserved (and one of those is mine!) and they're going to have 
a "drive through" in front of the store for people who reserved 
copies, starting at midnight.  I know it's going to be a madhouse, 
I'm thinking about going over there straight from work, and just 
hanging out at the bookstore until midnight ... or is that just too 
freaky?  Oh, and I think they have a band.  If anyone in the DFW area 
wants to join me there, let me know and we can try to meet up.
