Earlier in the list, I expressed wanting to get togather with
everyone to view the upcoming POA.
I have not really heard from anyone on this group with any plan ideas
as of yet, so I am going to go ahead and share with you the plans I
have made for myself and some friends.
We are going to do dinner and a movie, and all of you are
welcome to come along. We decided to stay here in town for some very
basic reasons.
1.)We live in a smaller town<population under 40,000>which will make
anything we do less likely to become a major event that would offend
someone else.
2.)Our local movie theater is really rather cheap
5.oo for adults/3.oo for children
large popcorn 4.00<maybe cheaper>
large drink 3.00<maybe cheaper>
popcorn and drink refills are 1.00
3.)A smaller area is more accomadating and less crowded for all of
us.Will make things more personal
and both adults and kids will be able to enjoy themselves more
without all of the hassles that bigger cities bring.
Ok, bearing that in mind, this is the WWW's of it all.
Who:Anyone who would like to watch the movie and discuss the movies
and books/costuming/plot ideas.
Anyone else you would like to bring.Adults and children alike. We are
going in costume, and think it would be fun if everyone attended in
costume, but it is not a requirement.
When:June 4th,2004.Opening Day of the Harry Potter and the Prisioner
of Azkaban movie.
Where:Huntsville,Texas North of Houston,TX off interstate 45.
