Sorry to post this so late. I waited a little after 4:00, in case any
e-mail hadn't made it through due to Yahoo problems. But I have the
results here.

We have two winners for HP Trivia Quiz VI. JoAnna (Pt4ever) and Jen
(JenP_97) tied for first place. In a random drawing, I picked JoAnna to
bring us Quiz VII.

Congratulations to both of you, and thank you to all who played.

The correct answers are below.

Melanie

1) "You shall not harm Harry Potter!"

Chamber of Secrets: Dobby to Lucius Malfoy.

Harry had just tricked Lucius into freeing Dobby. Realizing what he'd
done, Lucius had moved threateningly toward Harry.

*************************************

2) "One can never have enough socks."

Sorcorer's Stone: Dumbledore to Harry.

Harry had just asked what Dumbledore would like to see in the Mirror
of Erisid.

*************************************

3) "I beg your pardon? Our common room? I'm a Ravenclaw."

Chamber of Secrets: Penelope Clearwater to Ron and Harry (disguised as
Crabbe and Goyle).

Ron had asked for directions to "their" (the Slytherin) common room.

*************************************

4) "Still in the showers. We think he's trying to drown himself."

Prisoner of Azkaban: Fred (partial credit for an unspecified Weasley twin)
to Harry.

The Gryffindor Quidditch team (sans Oliver Wood) was visiting Harry in
the hospital wing after their loss to Hufflepuff. Harry had just asked
where Wood was.

*************************************

5) "The forest hides many secrets."

Sorcorer's Stone: Ronan (partial credit for an unspecified centaur)
to Hagrid.

Hagrid was taking Hermione, Harry and Hraco (I mean Draco) through
the forbidden forest looking for injured unicorns, as a detention
punishment. Hagrid had just asked Ronan if he had seen anything unusual
in the forest.
