Hi --

Thanks to Neil & Joywitch for the thoughts on my question regarding Sirius
& the dementors. I rather like Neil's conclusion that Sirius was probably
acclimated to the dementors while he was in Azkaban. Running into them on
the Hogwarts grounds must have caused him to lose the ability to resist
-- an "acute attack" as Neil said. After all, he'd been on the run for
nearly a year at that point.
