Thanks everyone!! I'll look for some more cookbooks and maybe order
the Delia Smith one. I guess it was pretty American of be to ask for
Traditional British Food, as I would be hard pressed to refer you to
one book containing Trad. American.

And I think you are right about the Treacle thing!!
