The broom, the Firebolt and the Nimbus 2000. Where did the 2000 come
from? It makes sense that the setting of the Harry Potter books is
current, and not placed in the past or it wouldn't have stated the
broomsticks that Draco bought were the 2001's. It makes sense, like
car models.

Or am I babbling?
