Going on the theory OWLS are GCSE's and NEWTS - A levels - there's
normally a crappy disco after GCSE - for students that leave at 16, after
A levels - there's normally a graduation ball - not as big as your prom
things (yuck), also - only the A level students know or care about this,
and happens outside of the school year.
