Yes, I agree. While I am thrilled with the content and complexity of book
4 as an adult. I am sad that it lacks the same ability to cross over to
younger children that the first 3 did. I did not worry much about the
first books with my 7 year old son, but now I feel we must censor some
of the pages to suit his age. Not so much the language as the darkness
and feeling of evil doing harm to good people that young guys aren't
quite ready to handle.
