Well, I adore ALL of Somerset Maugham, and Razor's Edge is one of my
All-Time Top Ten Books. I've seen the movie (Tyrone Power version) about
25 times. The first time I read it, I was a teenager and oblivious. Now
when I read it, it's with 30 years experience of spiritual searching in
my head, and it has a very special significance to me. I can even see
Harry Potter growing up into a person like Larry Darrell, searching for
the meaning of Life. I hope you enjoy it when you read it!
